This is not a fad diet. A licensed physician, Dr. Jessica Dowe, manages this program. In this program, the design uses a holistic approach to address every barrier that prevents a healthier you. The nonsurgical interventions reliably induce a loss of 5-20% of initial weight reduction in those who are overweight or obese, especially in those with chronic cardiovascular diseases, like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease or diabetes/prediabetes, guaranteed.
MLF uses interventions with current evidenced-based medical guidelines in the methods in this program. Dr Dowe has copyrighted the term BENS Theory to provide intensive pre-printed modules on 1). Behavior to change your Lifestyle, on 2). Physical activity that can start from just walking that moves to physical fitness, on, 3). Nutrition that allows you to learn how food works in the body to you being able to prepare your own healthy eating plans, then to a 4). Holistic approach to self-discipline and character development to change. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) had developed a program that covers brief, in-person lifestyle counseling visits the first month, followed by every-other-week or so visits the next 5 months of just 12 visits over 1st-6-months. Then over last 6 mo of the 12 mo or 1 year plan, the visits are only once a mo or so or 7 visits over 2nd-6-months.
This totals to 19 of 15-min doctor visits at a low costs of $975 for an entire year; to be paid in advance. However, payment plans arranged, but if pre-paid by Feb 1 2022, the Registration Fee of $99 is a deferment.
Design PART I
$99 Registration & Administration enrollment fee, plus individualized meal plan
1st Month - 4 visits/ month (one a week) or 4 visits in 1 mo.
2nd to 5th Month - 2 visits/month (one every 2 weeks) or 8 visits in 4 mo.
Design PART II
6th to 12 month -1 visit/month (one every month) or 7 visits in 6 mo.

Meal replacements only $34 -$68 a week for Medical-grade, high protein, low carb, low calorie shakes, bars, plant-based snacks and meal plates (varies upon total food used for week or mixed with grocery foods)

Administration fee $99 (Free if total visits of program paid in advance of Feb 1 that is a low cost of $975 for an entire year.)
Individualized Meal plan can be low carbohydrate plan, plant-based, whole organic foods, intermittent fasting 12 hr cycle or any diet plan patient would like or has had success in the past. This is included in the $99 Administration fee.
BENS ZOOM classes Free: Held ONLY on 2nd Saturdays. Recordings will be available if missed. THE BENS CLASS is REQUIRED due to high success rate >80%
BENS THEORY © IS A COPYRIGHT FOR A COMPILATION OF SEVERAL LECTURES TO COUNSEL; ULTIMATELY MAINTAIN A LIFESTYLE CHANGE SUCCESS RATE of >80%. The principle of Christology is ungirded at various points during the lectures. LECTURES CAN BE ONE-ON-ONE, IN GROUPS OR TELEHEALTH VIRTUALLY once monthly.
MLF provides a binder at $25 for cost of the supplies, copying etc of the compilation. If PRE-PAID and IF PATIENT IS COMITTED TO THE PROGRAM FOR 1-YEAR the BENS class fee is Free. The binder you’ll need will allow you to house all needed information to make you successful throughout the program 1-2 years.
MyHealthy Journal Engagement Electronic System: allows patient to electronically-engage on-line, to record foods, exercise, ask questions and see list of titles for BENS groups for accountability. Charge $10-$20 and less if > 20 people
